Hidden Oasis in Tulum
The room Roja was much bigger than I expected! The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and the room had a really good ac. Alistair answered quickly and gave me really clear instructions to get to the place!

Most unique wooden cabins in Tulum
We had a wonderful family portal, my 6 year old son loved the pool and the waterfall surrounded by beautiful vegetation. We stayed in a fully equipped cabin with kitchen, where we prepared our meals while we enjoyed swimming. The cabins are beautifully designed, every detail makes you feel relaxed and in harmony. The host made us feel at home and was always ready when we needed help. So far our best experience in Tulum.

A MUST!
My group and I could not be happier with the place, it is amazing and much better than in the pictures. With every little touch, Alister is an excellent host and gave us a tour of the villas and tulúm in the most spectacular way. We really enjoyed it! Good vibrations of the jungle!

Beautifully different wooden cabins
Alicat Villas was amazing and beautiful. My family group of 14 stayed for a week and could not have been happier. The wooden apartments are so different from the concrete condos I have stayed in. The kitchens have everything you could need and the wonderful high ceilings and wooden structure keep the villas cool and fresh. The host Ali was very friendly and informative and attended to all our needs. The pool was a great place to hang out and play late into the night. The bikes were great to get to the city, which was very close. In general, a great experience and a great value for money. I recommend Alicat Villas to any group that visits Tulum.

Maravellous !!
Nice roomy casita with 2 double beds, bath, kitchen and pool right outside the door. Easy walking to restaurants and small grocery stores. No big grocery stores in the neighborhood. Laundry very close. Took a nice tour of ruins, a cenote cave and snorkeling with turtles

Excellent place to spend in tulúm, the cabins have everything you need, very clean and the pool very comfortable with the waterfall, we had a great time and Ali was very friendly recommending places to go and look for everything. Totally recommended

Jungle-treehouse
I would definitely stay here again! Excellent value for money, super helpful host, the place is better than it looks in the photos, the room was spacious and cool, bed super comfortable... the location is unbeatable, La Veleta is an amazing area as there are tons of quirky cafes, restaurants and bars just steps away and only 15 min to the beach area! I loved my stay here!!

AMAZING !!
I highly enjoyed my stay at Alicat Villas! The design is beautiful and unique. The pool is a perfect touch to have during your stay. We spent a lot of time in it and had a blast. The owner of Alicat is extremely friendly and very helpful with recommendations in the area. It’s in a great area, quiet enough to have your own space but also close to the center and beach when you are wanting to get out. Another big note, it is hard to find rentals in Mexico that have warm showers with good pressure... the ones here are AMAZING! They are so great to have after a day at the beach or out in town!! The AC works brilliant! It’s very cool inside the rooms. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone traveling in Tulum. I will definitely be coming back. Perfect for a large group
We had an amazing time at Alistair's villas. The overall layout, design and size of the villas were very conducive for our party. Everyone had a very positive experience of the stay. Alistair was a very helpful host who provided guidance and info every step of the way. I highly recommend.
